Children and young people
Programs involving children should be delivered through a parent, guardian, school or authorized organization. Facilitators must use approved learning spaces, avoid requesting unnecessary personal details and never encourage a child to keep contact secret.
Adults and seniors
Facilitators must not request passwords, verification codes, banking access or control of a learner’s device beyond the agreed training activity. Learners should never be pressured to purchase services or disclose private financial information.
Live and home-based training
Visits and sessions should be scheduled, documented and delivered by approved facilitators. For children, an authorized adult must be present or the session must operate under an institution’s safeguarding process. Concerns are recorded confidentially and shared only with those responsible for response.
